Just Minutes Away…
Blue Sage Hideaway sits tucked into the mountains above Sevierville, but you’re never far from everything the Smokies are known for.
Whether you’re here for a family trip to Dollywood or a quieter couples’ getaway in the mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the national park itself are all a short drive from the cabin.
Pigeon Forge (approx. 15–20 minutes)
Just minutes from the cabin, Pigeon Forge is home to Dolly Parton’s own theme park and the town’s biggest attractions along the Parkway.
Dollywood — Dolly’s Appalachian theme park with rides, live music, and Southern food. A family favorite.
The Island in Pigeon Forge — Shops, restaurants, and a 200-ft observation wheel, with a nightly light-and-water show.
Titanic Museum — A half-scale ship replica built with real artifacts from the wreck.
Rocky Top Mountain Coaster — A self-controlled mountain coaster, one of the fastest in the Smokies.
Gatlinburg (approx. 25–30 minutes)
A short drive further puts you in Gatlinburg, the walkable mountain town right at the edge of the national park.
Anakeesta — A chairlift-access mountaintop park with treetop skywalks and zip lines.
Downtown Gatlinburg — Shops and candy stores, plus the Arts & Crafts Community’s 100+ artist studios. An easy stroll for couples or families.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park (approx. 30–35 minutes) Beyond both towns sits the reason everyone comes here — the most visited national park in the country, with hundreds of miles of trails.
Laurel Falls Trail — Easy, paved 2.6-mile round trip to an 80-foot waterfall. Family-friendly.
Gatlinburg Trail — Flat 3.8-mile round trip along the river, starting right in town.
Morton Overlook — A favorite sunset spot, popular with couples.
